Hi Tom,

Our editorial board came across your company name and asked me to get in touch with you. I wanted to see if you were available to lead a live webinar via conference call on Friday, February 4th at 4:30 pm EST on “Best Practices for Managing Negative Comments on Social Networking Sites.” This webinar is part of our Instant Impact series that shares thought leadership on breaking news, trends and strategies and has featured hundreds of top executives and senior lawyers from 60% of the largest 200 law firms.

We would want to get you the 15-20 slide PowerPoint outline in the next few days to start preparing. We have already created an outline for it, so you would simply fill in the blanks. The webinar would feature you going through the PowerPoint for about 60 minutes (followed by about 15 minutes worth of questions from our moderator and audience). We produce the webinar live, then also save it to CD and distribute it to places such as Amazon.com, Research & Markets and hundreds of other places that sell business publications.

You’ll receive either 5% of the royalties or a 1 year subscription to our webinars. More importantly, the professional exposure you’ll receive from leading the webinar is tremendous. The webinar is going to be marketed to over 5,000 Communications Executives, and thousands of our customers being notified of you leading a webinar in your area of expertise. Our previous speakers have been extremely pleased with the exposure, with many getting interest from new clients and others being contacted by book publishers, magazines, blogs, trade shows and other groups about featuring them as a thought leader.

Warmest Regards,

Amber McCarthy
