A Little About Tom!
Hey Tom Here…
I was born in Longview Washington in 1949, we moved around a lot when I was younger, I went to 12 different schools before I graduated High School, I drove race cars on an oval track in my younger years, spent 25 years working for the Federal Government, retired from there, managed a radiator shop for a few years and now I sell real estate and do Internet Marketing. A little more about my journey to get to who I am now… In my past I had a drinking problem. I have not had a drink since 1987, over 23 years now! I have been married and divorced and lost everything twice and I am now married to my wonderful wife of over 20 years, Peggy. (The Belly Dancer!) I have had my left knee replaced 3 times, my right knee has been scoped twice, back surgery, rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder twice and once on the left shoulder. Now the doctors tell me that I am allergic to the metal the knee is made out of and I have inflammation in the tissue around the knee joint. The doctors also tell me I have 3 place in my back that should have been fused a long time ago, but at my age it would be dangerous and I would still have back pain.
I am not looking for your sympathy. It has all made me grow and become who I am today. After stopping drinking I was fortunate enough to end up with a mentor that had been through a lot of the same problems in life. He helped guide me through a process of taking a look at my past, finding what was working in my life and what was not. Through this process I learned a lot of my behaviors and ideas needed changing. I felt like I did because of my behaviors and ideas. If I did not like how I felt I had to change. Through this process I came out the other side different person. I gained spirituality and a god of my understanding. A god that works in and through my life each and every day. A loving god. I live a life of happiness, joy, and freedom, not of doom and gloom today. I live a life where the glass is half full, not half empty. I live a wonderful live!
Today I’m involved with Internet Marketing and once again learning and growing. I am growing a successful internet business with the help and guidance of a mentor. I have learned I do not have to learn how to re-invent something, I can find a mentor to help guide me past the pitfalls and keep me going on the right track. This post appears to get a good ammount of visitors. How do you advertise it? It gives a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to give info on is the most important factor.
